Company. To that end, our procedures are simple and straightforward.

NO Sales Tax outside of Florida
Sales tax is not required for any deliveries outside
the state of Florida.
FREE Shipping with FREE curbside Delivery
There are no surprises with us. You will not be charged for standard
shipping, handling or curb-side delivery fees on your purchases shipped
within the contiguous 48 states of America. Deliveries to an island
such as Nantucket MA may require extra island delivery fees.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your complete satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not
satisfied with your purchase within 5 days of receipt, you may return it for a full refund of the
purchase price (excluding round trip shipping charges and 10% restocking fee). Please
contact us for instructions and the required Return Material Authorization.
Please keep the original packaging, as it is required for all returns.
All items must be in new and un-used condition. Customer assembled items may not
be returned.

price. This makes your ownership of beautiful furniture
even more valuable than what is expected. If you

Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Orders
over $500 require a 50% deposit with the balance due upon shipment.
All orders are taken over the phone or in our store.
Rockwood Warranty
Rockwood provides a
lifetime residential warranty and a
5-year commercial warranty on all solid teak
collections against defects deemed by Rockwood to be manufacturing defects in its teak furniture.
Rockwood provides a 3-year residential/commercial warranty on the
woven Oasis and Windward Collections. Proper
care including routine cleaning appropriate for teakwood and
component maintenance is the owner's responsibility. This
warranty does not apply to damage resulting from abuse,
accident, alteration, misuse, negligence, normal wear or
tampering. To handle a warranty issue please
contact us.
Damage due to Shipping
Upon delivery fully inspect the furniture. Detain the delivery person
until this is accomplished.
In the unlikely event of shipping damage, immediately describe the damage to
the box and furniture on the delivery receipt prior to signing your
acceptance.
Obtain your copy of the delivery receipt. If this is not done then the
manufacturer and the delivery service are no longer responsible.
Provide us with a copy of your delivery receipt describing the damage plus pictures of the
damage and we will quickly replace or repair the item.
Cancellation Policy
For orders with no prior deposit, cancellations may be made by phone (800-603-7133)
up to 72 hours prior to shipment of
your order. After your order ships, cancelled orders may be returned by
contacting us and obtaining a Return Material Authorization. For those
orders that shipped, you will
receive a refund of the purchase price, less round trip shipping
charges and less the 10% restocking fee.
